It seems that she'll be meeting up with Caren...



In the meantime, Team Shirou has reached Misaki! They're getting brought up to speed on the events so far by Caren.



Damn it, this guy again.



This will be a running joke.



Rider is with SHIKI too, but she can't talk! He used a Command Spell to see to that, because he's an asshole.



Caren and Lancer stay here to fend off SHIKI and his Servant, while Shirou and Sakura head to the Tohno mansion...



But even on the way ahead, Shirou and Sakura fall under magical attack!

Chapter 15: Reunion

...Aah... I'm okay. Looks like I survived somehow...

Background: Tohsaka's original Servant, Archer was often sidetracked by his unexplained grudge against Shirou. He was eliminated in a fight against the corrupted Saber, but his arm was preserved and grafted onto Shirou's body.

Species: Vampire
Background: Roa is a Dead Apostle who isn't counted among the Twenty Seven due to his heretical ideals. He has the ability to endlessly reincarnate regardless of how many times he is defeated. His last known incarnation, his eighteenth, was SHIKI Tohno, and he was defeated by Shiki Tohno.


One is the same Servant as in the last Grail War.

And another is my former Master.


Is that so?
Surely you have no issues about killing your former Master.


Yes. Don't take me lightly. Because I was summoned, I will win.
I don't have the luxury of feelings like that.

Slugfest!

To get the Battle Mastery, I have to defeat Archer before defeating Roa.



The tricky part will be reaching him - not all my characters can climb that high.



Enough planning. Time to charge in!



This is Sakura's biggest weakness right now - no Strike, no Focus. Has a tendency to miss a lot.

Fortunately, she can also often attack from outside the enemy's range, so it sort of balances out.



Also these Pepsi monsters are just really hard to pin down. That's three misses in a row from me, and three hits in a row from them!

I'm just glad I'm not on a time limit for this Battle Mastery.



In an unexpected turn of events, Archer has come to me! Probably because I spent too long dicking around with the cola beasts down here.

This will make the Mastery nice and easy, at least.

Rin's gonna need some healing this turn.

Now that that's taken care of, it's time to start our conterattack!



Another misstep - Shirou moved too far forwards, and got swarmed by the enemy. Even with miraculous dodging luck, he's reduced to 10 HP.



Anyone with Strike is a valuable resource against Archer. He doesn't have much HP for a boss, but he's hard as balls to hit!



Not gonna work, Archer!



And Tohsaka's the one to take down her former Servant.



Taken care of!

Now to deal with all these mooks.



Now that I don't have Archer breathing down my neck, these guys are a mop-up job.

Catch-up exposition!



Lancer mentioned earlier that if a Servant enters the area of the Grail War, his instincts will force him to fight. With what we've seen so far, it wouldn't be too surprising to expect every Servant from the past war to resurface.

The Grail War shouldn't be possible, though without the presence of the Great Holy Grail, the artifact that produces the Holy Grail for each war. Sakura should be able to sense its presence, but she can't.



Battle comrade reunion!

Saber introduces Shirou to Kohaku.



Anyway, it's time to return to the mansion!



Meanwhile, somewhere, SHIKI berates his Servant for failing to stop Lancer.



It looks like these two are cooperating. Roa says Rider is losing because SHIKI is an incompetent Master.

However, there is a way to increase Rider's power regardless...
