Youmu needs more MP, since Meditation Slash is quite pricey.
Keine favorite level increased!
She gets the passive ability "Teacher", which makes adjacent units to her gain 10% more EXP from battles.
ONWARDS
The Three Fairies have wandered out of Marisa's path and into Reimu's path!
They are playing hide and seek.
Sunny wins!
The Fairies are god-tier at hide and seek.
Star's here, too!
She reports having seen Reimu faffing about with some other people.
Speaking of Reimu's friendpile, here they are!
Keine is lecturing Rumia about modern youkai society, while Rumia doesn't really listen.
The fairies watch from hiding! Luna is wondering what Reimu is doing hanging out with so many youkai.
Rumia is fed up with all this learning crap!
Naturally, nobody cares.
Eventually, Keine relents, and Rumia agrees to at least tag along and help for the danmaku parts.
OH SHIT IT'S AN ENEMY
Reimu sees it, and recognizes it right away. PC-98 radar alert!
As the battle starts, a shadowy stalker stalks from the shadows...
Look who's back!
Elly's trying to get back to the house after fleeing from Marisa.
Like Marisa, Reimu can't quite remember Elly's name, but she's SO OBVIOUSLY the master of these monsters and therefore must be violenced.
Elly's from a long time ago, before spell cards were invented! That's why, unlike Rumia or the other youkai bosses, she only has one lifebar.
Also she's tired of nobody remembering who she is, and Reimu's tired of not beating her up. Besides, Elly's itching for a nice duel, like old times!
Objective: Defeat Elly.
Bonus objective: Defeat at least 10 enemies.
...go ahead and count those guys up.
LET'S GET TO MOOKSLAYING
Oh hey look who it is.
They thought they saw something interesting happening around here. They were right!
In long-standing SRW tradition, Rumia has way less HP now than when I fought her!
She's not particularly strong yet, but she works great as a damage sponge.
Hey look, it's that mysterious picture-taking Tengu of unknown identity!
She's been detected by some fairies!
The commotion up there draws Reimu's attention, too.
Even Elly knows there's someone up there. The jig is up, show yourself!
It's Aya!
She introduces herself as the fastest in all of Gensokyo, a wonderful seeker of truth.
Denying all allegations that it's revenge for getting her caught before, Aya drags the fairies into the fray, as well!
Since she has nothing to do with either side, Elly asks Aya to stay out of the battle.
However, as an ALLY OF TRUTH, Aya says no way jose!
Four more enemies come forth! Now I have enough to reach the bonus condition.
Unfortunately, Aya & Co are NPCs, and therefore engaging both sides! If Aya's team gets more than three kills, I'm out a bonus.
Sunny, meanwhile has a Plan!
She will go to the shrine, since the shrine maiden is out.
This means they have a destination and therefore a reason to not just sit there! They start heading east.
Rumia takes out another of the enemies near Aya's team! Bonus condition: More or less in the bag.
While everyone else cuts off Aya, Keine stays behind to clean up the enemies we were supposed to be fighting at the start.
Hey. HEY.
So damn fast.
The name of the game here is: Never hurt an enemy unless I can kill it on the same turn. Otherwise, Aya might slip in and steal the kill because she's a little paparazzi shit.
Kill number nine!
Now I'm good, since even if Aya somehow got all remaining enemies, Elly would be the tenth.
REGARDLESS, I'm gonna keep heading her off, because I like EXP and points.
And that's the last of them!
Now for the head honcho.

Reimu confirms, as she thought, that Elly isn't much of a threat!
Elly insists that it's because she doesn't have her panels.
Sunny, Star and Luna take the moment to flee!
Now that we have a Tengu as a captive audience, Reimu asks about the other shrine maiden!
After telling us FUCK ALL, Aya retreats in a flash!
Reimu decides that this isn't really that important! They have an incident to be resolving.
Once Reimu & Co. are gone, the fairies re-emerge! Confident in the fact that Reimu doesn't know what they're planning, it's off to the Hakurei Shrine.
Not to concerned about the fairies anymore, Aya decides that, not liking the idea of Reimu being on the same hunt as her, it might be best to put Momiji to the task of tailing her...
On the road! Youmu is thinking about that weird youkai back there.
Keine isn't sure whether she means Elly or Aya, but really, both count.
Youmu was pretty interested by the whole "I am an ally of truth" line, though, and briefly considers getting her own!
For example, "I am Youmu Konpaku! The Sword that Cleaves Falsehood!"
Back to business!
We have a lead now: The direction that Elly retreated!
Rumia time!
After spending some time trying to memorize Reimu's name, she compliments Reimu's mad cooking skills. Apparently she can eat more than just people!
Enough small talk! The path is opening up to the lake...

Reimu Path Chapter 5: Neppu! Shippu! Shameimaru!
