Let's Play Umineko, Episode 3 Scene 13: The New Beatrice

The two sisters head down to the hidden room.
Rosa sees the gold for herself.
The same argument from the first game is turned on its head now. 50% to the finder, the rest split evenly among the siblings.
The real trouble will be the negotiations going forward. Krauss will no doubt be furious...
Don't be hasty, now. This is a situation that requires delicate handling. Krauss may still upset the balance if they don't carefully plan their announcement.
Rosa disagrees with Eva's logic. She insists, so long as both of them have a stake in the gold, that she also has a stake in what they do with it.

Eva agrees - she thought of the same thing a while back. All of this is an act, staged by Kinzo, to get them to solve the epitaph. When Eva proclaims herself the winner, he will emerge from the shadows and congratulate her.
Rosa persistently badgers Eva about how long it will take her to reveal her victory. Eva won't even promise that it will be today.
Rosa agrees to keep quiet about it until tomorrow morning. When the seagulls cry, her silence ends. Eva promises to fairly distribute the wealth.
Inside Eva, a witch defies this promise.
A second witch responds.
Beatrice the Golden acknowledges young Eva as the winner of the game. The gold is hers to do with as she sees fit.
Ushiromiya Eva is now the true head of the family.
With only a little hesitation, she puts the ring on.
The reign of Beatrice the Golden is over.

With Beatrice's proclamation, the mansion changes.
The Golden Witch takes up her staff, and touches it to the kneeling Eva's shoulder, proclaiming her a true witch.
There is no longer a person named Ushiromiya Eva.
There is only Beatrice.
No longer the true Beatrice, the former Endless Witch calls for the portraits to be changed to honor Rokkenjima's new ruler.
Virgilia is now two generations removed from the title. She and Ronove both congratulate the new Beatrice.
A certain weirdo is here as well! As a member of the witch senate, her recommendation carried significant weight.
Even Lady Bernkastel is crashing the party. She claims she's just here for the drinks.
Beatrice is having trouble adjusting to everything that's happening. Her seven new pieces of furniture present themselves humbly.
Purgatorio
I was surprised, too. Imagine that someone would be able to solve that riddle. However, that is the rule. I must follow it, and pass on the position of Golden Witch and my name.
