The overall objective of this route is to favor Saber a bit more, while still keeping enough Rin points to survive the route. It's a difficult tradeoff.

Since this choice is entirely inside Shirou's head, the scene that follows is exactly the same either way.

As soon as she figures out that this means that Shirou's meals will increase in quality, she leaps onto the bandwagon like a cheetah on a trampoline.
Saber doesn't seem to have any dislikes!

Well, that was productive! I guess!
All we learned is that getting lazy with meal prep is a death sentence in this house.
