HOW TO SHOT UNL NETPLAY

Setting up Hamachi:

1. Download Hamachi from here.
2. Install Hamachi.
3. Start up Hamachi.
4. Click that power button.
5. Join an Existing Network. ID: Profnet-UNL Password: prof
6. If that network isn't up, you can probably set up your own.

To join a game:

1. Start up UNL.
2. VS Network.
3. Assign IP/Port and Connect to Server.
4. Enter the IP listed to the right of the person hosting on the Hamachi window.
5. Leave the port as 10800.
6. Pick "Yes" to play a game or "No" to watch.

To host a game:

1. Start up UNL.
2. VS Network.
3. Server Setup.
4. Default port (10800).
5. Allow Spectating (Yes).
6. Wait for other player to connect.

If hosting a game doesn't work:

(Disclaimer: These instructions are for Windows 7!)
1. Go to Control Panel from the start menu.
2. Network and Sharing Center.
3. Windows Firewall.
4. Allow a Program or Feature through Windows Firewall.
5. Change Settings.
6. Allow Program.
7. Direct it to th123e.exe.

If hosting a game STILL doesn't work:

1. Go to Control Panel from the start menu.
2. Network and Sharing Center.
3. Change Adapter Settings.
4. Press Alt to bring up the menu.
5. Advanced > Advanced Settings.
6. In the box with the list of Connections, click on Hamachi.
7. Click the up arrow on the right until it's at the top of the list.
NOTE: Steps 2-7 might not be necessary! But it doesn't hurt.
8. Go back to the Network and Sharing Center.
9. Windows Firewall.
10. Advanced Settings.
11. From the icons on the left, click Inbound Rules.
12. On the right, click New Rule.
13. Choose Port, click next.
14. TCP, Specific Local Port. Put 10800 for the port number.
15. Allow the Connection.
16. All checkboxes.
17. Give it a name.

If hosting a game STILL doesn't work:

1. Get the other guy to host.
