Tournament rules, VERSION 2:
1. Standard double-elimination tournament format.
2. Each set is determined by best of three matches.
3. Within each set, you must pick a different character for each match.
4. If someone is cripplingly lagged out, the match is determined to be a draw.
5. Before the match, both players must agree on whether or not to use Weather Kill.
6. Okay, Patchouli can play too.
7. Each match must have at least one spectator to verify victory and validity of match.
